A slightly different Thursday Thought for the Day post today.
I’ve been struggling a lot with stuff over the last couple of days – 6 months worth of physical exhaustion, lack of sleep, mental overload and emotional confusion have all reached a bit of a climax, which in turn led to me crying on a packed train on my way to London yesterday.
Very unlike me.
I had an hour gap in between clients during the afternoon, so I took myself off to Regents Park (my happy place) for some fresh air and time to contemplate.
I’m using this little meltdown as a warning sign that I need to have a bit of a break, which is exactly what I plan to do. We have a week and a half of school to get through and then I am having a week off with my husband and our four girls (apart from my usual trip to London on the Wednesday). We’re not going away anywhere – we’re just having time together, to do… whatever we feel like doing.
In the meantime, this popped up on my Facebook newsfeed this morning and it really made me giggle, so I thought I’d share it with all of you in case you could do with a giggle today too (especially those of you struggling through the tube strikes).
*Note: contains a lot of swearing. I’m not easily offended so it doesn’t bother me, but it’s probably not suitable for work or if you are around small children!
Enjoy!

I admit Chloe, it’s not your usual stuff…but I personally, think it’s absolutely spot on…soothing yet at the same time allows you to rid yourself of all those deep inner negative, destructive thoughts, brought on by the stressful environment & situations we have to endure almost each & every day! Priceless therapy! xxx
