www.happyrambles.com is an online journal to record all the positives from your day. You get an email each evening prompting you to make an entry, and each email you receive also contains a random previous entry that you’ve made, which gives you a daily top-up of happy memories
I get the vast majority of my clients to do a similar exercise – I ask them to write down three ‘positives’ or happy experiences from their day every night before they go to sleep, and everyone comments on how much better they feel once they start doing it. I’ll definitely be mentioning this website to my clients, and I’m going to start using it myself as well.
