As well as seeing clients at my practices in both Stafford and Harley Street, a large proportion of my time is spent writing, which (alongside helping people and photography) is another one of my passions.
My blog covers all sorts of things, including the latest developments in the field of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Coaching, positive inspirational quotes, useful websites I’ve discovered, and anything else that might grab my (and hopefully your) interest. It’s also my own form of personal therapy, so there are lots of posts about my own journey through life. You’ll get to know me fairly well if you choose to read it, and I always welcome any comments or musings that you might want to share with me and my readers.
I’ve had articles printed in the NCH Hypnotherapy Journal (the official publication of the National Council for Hypnotherapy), as well as various local magazines and newspapers throughout Staffordshire.
I also regularly write for ‘Perception‘ – a free online magazine for anyone and everyone who might be interested in how our minds can help us to make the changes we want to make, achieve the things we want to achieve, and live the lives we want to live. Perception gets delivered directly to your inbox on a quarterly basis, and offers a wide range of articles on various different subjects, all of which have been written by professional Cognitive Hypnotherapists (including me!).
So whether you’re simply curious to learn more about how the mind works; specifically interested in therapy or coaching; would like some tips for your personal or professional development; or just fancy learning a bit more about what it is that I (and my colleagues around the country) do, this E-zine has something for you.
